Madrid and Bayern competing for Camavinga (Transfer Market Web)
Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are reportedly eyeing Stade Rennais F.C. defensive midfielder Eduardo Camavinga:
Turning 17 on November 10, Angolan-born deep-lying midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, so far only eligible for DR Congolese national team, but likely to become a French football player after turning 18, has been targeted by Real Madrid, according to Marca. Stade Rennais wonderkid, who’s currently on a deal with Breton side until June 2022, is reportedly tracked by Bayern Munich as well.
This is not the first time that we’ve seen Bayern’s interest in Camavinga reported on. Back in August (feels like forever ago), there were two reports linking the Bavarians to the youngster.
Tuchel rumor squashed again: Non-flex edition (tz)
The oddly-timed rumor that emanated from France last week regarding Bayern Munich’s alleged interest in Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel last week was quickly flex-ed back into oblivion by Christian Falk, but Sky Sports also flushed it down the toilet as well. Sky reporter Max Bielefeld had this to say:
There is definitely no current contact between Bavaria and Thomas Tuchel. He is completely focused on his way to Paris Saint-Germain. He is passionate about this project, wants to be measured by it and really has his head only there.

United still hoping to retain Pogba (Transfer Market Web)
Paul Pogba’s name has been bandied about for months now among Real Madrid and Juventus, but Paris Saint-Germain and FC Barcelona might also be in the mix for the midfielder. Still, Manchester United hopes to retain the 26-year-old star:
Despite a difficult season start, again, Manchester United are not giving up on keeping 26-year old French star midfielder Paul Pogba in. To this end, Red Devils are offering former Juventus pitcher an even higher wage than the ridiculously rich one he’s making. Pogba is meanwhile still tracked by Real Madrid, Barcelona FC, and PSG, as well as by Bianconeri themselves.
