U19s beat Union Berlin (FC Bayern)

Bayern’s U19 team picked up a nice win over Union Berlin’s U19 team on Sunday with a 3-0 scoreline. Jahn Herrmann grabbed two goals to lead Bayern, while 16 year old Lasse Günther scored the other.

“We’re satisfied. At the beginning, we weren’t really awake, but then we dominated the game,” Martin Demichelis said post game. “The boys are getting better at pressing. Of course, there are still some things to correct, but we’re on a good path.”

Next weekend, the A-Junioren Bundesliga finally kicks off with Bayern hosting Augsburg at the Campus.

U17s fall to Ingolstadt (FC Bayern)

Miroslav Klose’s U17 team lost to Ingolstadt’s U17. The 1-2 loss completes the preseason for the squad as they prep for the upcoming season.

Next weekend, the B-Jugend Bundesliga begins with Bayern hosting Greuther Furth.
