Uli Hoeness held a press conference yesterday and he mainly talked about his decision of stepping down as Bayern Munich’s president. But there were some other topics that he discussed. A decent part was dedicated for Hasan Salihamidžić and Hoeness defended the sporting director. But while sticking up for him, Hoeness unveiled something very interesting about Brazzo:

Unfortunately, he spends a lot of time on the internet. If he spends less time there, as I do, he would feel less anxious.

This is very interesting! Apparently, Brazzo reads a lot of stuff what is written about him — which has contained a lot of negative press of late. So every time he faces the media he immediately thinks about what’s going to be written about him tomorrow and has a mental blockade. Then he often says something that he shouldn’t and regrets it.

But, Hoeness thinks that Salihamidžić doesn’t get the credit that he should receive:

He [Hasan Salihamidžić] has a difficult time. When something good happens then it’s Karl-Heinz and me, but when something bad happens, its Hasan. That’s simply unfair.

Salihamidžić, if you’re reading this — leave your phone/computer and go read a book or something like that.
