Bayern Munich’s Ivan Perisic called up for Croatia’s Euro 2020 Qualifiers

The new Bayern winger joins up with his national team for upcoming matches.

New Bayern Munich winger Ivan Perisic has been called up for Croatia’s upcoming Euro 2020 Qualifiers. During the upcoming break, Perisic will join Croatia for matches away to Slovakia and Azerbaijan.

Perisic is joined in the squad by familiar names like Luka Modric, Ante Rebic, and Ivan Rakitic. Six players from Croatia’s U21 team were named to a “standby” list in case they are needed to be called up.

The match against Slovakia will take place on September 6 in Trnava. Azerbaijan will host Croatia on September 9 in Baku.
