At 1:00PM EST today, Bayern Munich II is going to send an exciting lineup to the pitch against host team Hallescher, a very strong 3.Liga side.
Not only will Bayern Munich II feature some its talented regulars like forwards Kwasi Wriedt and Joshua Zirkzee, midfielder Paul Will, defenders Lars Lukas Mai and Chris Richards, and goalkeeper Christian Früchtl, but the starting XI will feature some of the club’s top young talent including Fiete Arp, Alphonso Davies, and Sarpreet Singh.
A front-line that includes Arp, Wriedt, and Zirkzee could spell trouble for a very good Hallescher side, while center-backs Mai and Richards should present a very strong duo for the backbone of the defensive group.
This should truly be a great opportunity for the Bayern youngsters to show their ability on the pitch in a match against very good competition. The young talents will be bolstered by veterans Nico Feldhahn and Maximilian Welzmüller, who might look around and think they are on a college campus somewhere.
