Bayern Campus Update: Arp, Davies travel with FCB2; U19, U17, Frauen II stay unbeaten, FC Dallas beats Bayern to win U15 tournament; and MORE!

It looks like Fiete Arp and Alphonso Davies will play with FCB II on Monday. Bayern’s U19, U17, and Frauen II remain unbeaten, while FC Dallas pips Bayern to win U15 Tournament.

Bayern Munich II are traveling to Hallescher for Monday’s 3.Liga match, and it appears they’ll receive some assistance from some first team players.

Fiete Arp posted a video on his Instagram story today showing he and Alphonso Davies with Joshua Zirkzee on what appears to be a bus on the way to Halle. This is a great opportunity for the two players to get some minutes.

Bayern have been shuttling players between FCB2 and the U19 side, so it only makes sense that they be willing to do the same with players from the first team and FCB2 — especially young guys that need the minutes like Davies and Arp.

There’s still a bunch of injuries for FCB II as Kilian Senkbeil, Daniels Ontuzans, Theo Rieg, Michael Netolitzky, Mert Yilmaz, Angelo Mayer, and Timo Kern are all still unavailable. Will Sebastian Hoeness ever have a full squad at his disposal? Welcome to Bayern.

Bayern II Frauen beat Arminia Bielefeld

Today was the opening of the EDIMEDIEN Arena in Bielefeld, but Bayern Munich were on hand to ruin the celebration. Nicole Woldmann scored two goals to lead Bayern II Frauen to the 2-1 victory.

The 16 year old Woldmann scored a scrappy opener for Bayern in the 17th minute. After bringing down a ball in the penalty area, Woldmann slipped to the ground before getting her shot off. However, with the ball still at her feet, Woldmann took a shot from her backside, and the ball went into the net!

Annabel Jager would equalize for Bielefeld in the 52nd minute. A nice spin move set her free of the Bayern defenders, and her shot was just too much for Jacintha Weimar to keep out. However, Woldmann grabbed her second of the match just a few minutes later when her lofted cross somehow found it’s way into the back of the net. Bayern would hold on to win.

After two games, Bayern II Frauen are tied for first in the table on six points with FFC Frankfurt II; however, Frankfurt have the goal differential lead by one goal.

Bayern U19 crush Kaiserslautern (FCBayern.de)

Bayern Munich U19 moved to a perfect two wins out of two to start their A-Junioren Bundesliga Süd/Südwest season. The Bavarians pitched a 4-0 shutout during their trip to Kaiserslautern.

Malik Tillman scored a brace, while Lasse Gunther and Oliver Batista Meier each grabbed a goal as well.

Judging by the fact that Leon Dajaku and, now, Batista Meier and Flavius Daniliuc are playing games with the U19s, it appears as though coach Martin Demichelis and Bayern II coach Sebastian Hoeness have come to an understanding regarding sharing some of the players are who eligible to play for both teams to ensure they’re getting maximum playing time to continue development.

On Wednesday, Bayern will host Mainz before traveling to Hoffenheim at the weekend.

Bayern XI: Schneller – Waidner, Lawrence, Daniliuc, Herold (46. Poznanski) – Mosandl (67. Johansson), Stiller, Rhein – Günther (69. Herrmann), Tillman (79. Cuni), Batista Meier

Bayern U17 crush Eintracht Frankfurt (FCBayern.de)

Miroslav Klose’s U17 team followed the lead of the U19 team, went on the road, and handed Eintracht Frankfurt a big 4-0 defeat. Yusuf Kabadayi, making his return after being suspended for the opener, scored a brace, while Nemanja Motika and Grant-Leon Mamedova added one each.

Bayern rolled out the same 3-2-4-1 formation that they did last week, and Kabadayi took advantage early. His goals came in the 13th and 24th minute. They continued to allow Frankfurt very little in the game, and Motika added a third shortly after halftime, while Mamedova’s 62nd minute goal ended all doubts about the result.

Bayern will remain on the road for both games this week. On Wednesday, they’ll play Wehen Weisbaden before closing out Sunday with a trip to Hoffenheim.

Bayern XI: Schenk - Brückner, Denk, Brekner – Krätzig (64. Fust), Neziri (64. Copado) – Aitamer (64. Vidovic), Wenig, Mamedova (71. Salihamidzic), Motika – Kabadayi (71. Madougou)
