Bavarian Grass Works: Kicking grass and taking names, Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena is ready for the Bundesliga opener

Just last week we brought you an exciting update on the new turf at the Allianz Arena, but now we’ve got “exclusive” video showing how the grass was laid.

Just last week, we brought you the exhilarating news that the sod was being replaced at Bayern Munich’s famed stadium, the Allianz Arena. Now, we are not just bringing you the heat of such excitement in words, but we have actual video of what the process looked like.

For grass enthusiasts, it doesn’t get much better than watching grass get laid. I would absolutely label this video NSFW for some. Please watch in private if you are worried you will become too excited:

With the start of the Bundesliga season just one day away, the new turf at the Allianz Arena should be in pristine condition for Robert Lewandowski, Thomas Müller, Manuel Neuer, Kingsley Coman, and the rest of the Bayern Munich squad.
