A quick turnaround since their clash against FC Liefering at the Red Bull Academy in Austria, FC Bayern Munich II faced SV Türkgücü-Ataspor München at the Bayern campus.
Unable to overcome their Munich opponents, despite positive performances in both halves, Sebastian Hoeneß stated “that was the expected strong opponent today. We were able to see what awaits us in the 3. Liga week by week”. However, work has to be done. Looking to refine the performance, Hoeneß is hoping for better from his side. “In the last third we have to finish it more precisely and purposefully”, the 37-year-old said.
