Bayern to play FC Rottach-Egern during their five-day training camp in Tegernsee

Bayern will travel to the Bavarian Alps on August 6 and will hold public training sessions on the 6th and the 10th.

The Bayern squad is back home in Munich and preparing against Fenerbache in tomorrow’s Audi-Cup clash. After playing either Real Madrid or Tottenham on Wednesday, the Bavarian giants will face Dortmund at the Westfalenstadion in the DFL-Supercup in their first opportunity to win silverware this season.

Then Bayern will resume preparations in Tegernsee for the first-round match in the DFB Cup at Energie Cottbus. Bayern will hold a training camp from August 6 to 10, two days before facing Cottbus.

Bayern will host a training match against Rottach-Egern e.V. on Thursday the 8th of August, kick-off is at 18:30. Tegernsee is located in Oberbayern and is a town on the shore of Lake Tegernsee which is 757 m (2,451 ft) above sea level. Rottach-Egern is a local side, that Bayern has played before. Fans may remember this game — in which Bayern whupped Rottach-Egern 20-2 — just a year ago:

Bayern will also host two public training sessions in Rottach-Egern. If you are in the area, the fields are located on Birkenmoosstraße. Tickets will be available from the 6th of August in the tourist information office of Rottach-Egern. Make sure to be there as soon as possible, as there are only a limited number of spectators on the premises.
