Bayern Munich U17 are victorious once again in their preseason preparation under Miroslav Klose. Taking place as part of their training camp in Mils, Austria, Bayern faced AKA Tirol in the pouring rain.

Scoring in 14th minute via Yusuf Kabadayi, Bayern took the advantage despite the challenging conditions. Despite the positive start, the Bavarians lost the initiative and positive play which saw them take the lead. Gaining control and becoming dangerous, Tirol were rewarded for their efforts in 35th minute with the equalizer.

As the second half commenced, both sides looked to take the advantage. Younes Aitamer came close five minutes into the half but was denied by Tirol’s keeper. The Austrian side had an opportunity to take the lead in the fifty-fifth minute, however, their goal was ruled offside. Once again, Aitamer came close to scoring for Die Roten. Awarded a penalty in the seventy-eighty minute after a foul on Marcel Wenig, Bayern had the chance to win the game. Stepping up to the spot, Yusuf Kabadayi failed to covert his attempt. Frans Krätzig knocked in the rebound to take the lead and victory for the Bavarians.
