When people invade a pitch it’s often dumb, sloppy, and involves copious amounts of alcohol. When cats storm a pitch, however, it’s a bold and calculated move aimed to showed us humans how it’s really done.
In the Leagues Cup match between MLS side Real Salt Lake and LigaMX side Tigres UANL (Tigres won 1-0), an intrepid and valiant cat joined the breakout for Tigres (get it? Tigres?) and made a stunning run up the pitch before making a horizontal beeline across the goal-line — apparently this cat’s coaches have not yet explained the intricacies of the offside rule.

This is the second cat (to my memory) who has taken to the pitch to exert his/her desire for global domination. The other, of course, famously interrupted the Besiktas vs. Bayern Munich match in Turkey during the 2017-2018 Champions League season.
Besiktas Ginger Cat made himself quite at home as well, saddling up as part of the squad.
For his/her effort, Besiktas Ginger Cat was awarded Man (!?) of the Match:

As Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “When you strike at a king, you must kill him.” Can Besiktas Ginger Cat withstand this threat to his/her crown?
Your move, Besiktas Ginger Cat.
