Per a report by the Birmingham Mail, Bayern Munich and FC Barcelona are both considering making an offer for West Bromwich Albion F.C. youngster Louie Barry. Barry is 16-years-old and considered an excellent prospect.

Barry, who can play both center-forward and right-wing, is valued internally at West Brom and the club is making every effort to keep him away from Bayern and Barca. In an effort to retain the young star, West Brom has offered Barry a three-year deal, which includes professional terms.

Barry celebrated his 16th birthday on Friday, meaning he is now eligible to discuss his future with other clubs, and European giants Barcelona - as well as German champions Bayern Munich - are among a number of clubs around the continent who have considered offering Barry a contract, having met with him previously. Understandably, the Baggies wish to retain the teenager and have opened talks over a one-year scholarship followed by a two-year professional deal.

While it was tough to find many high-quality videos on Barry, we did track down this gem, where he got to flash some of his creativity and finishing skills:

Barry has represented England in international youth play, but is also eligible to represent Ireland because of his grandparents (as shown in the video above).
