Bayern scoping Tuchel? (Paris United)

With the whispers at Säbener Strasse seemingly getting louder that the Bayern Munich brass might not be fully convinced about Niko Kovac, rumors are circulating about the Bavarians possibly eyeing up Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel.

According to our information two clubs are interested in the event of the German technician’s departure. This is Bayern Munich, which was already very interested in Tuchel before Niko Kovac signed and is still keeping an eye on his situation at PSG. The second club concerned is none other than Chelsea, currently led by Maurizio Sarri, who does not give full satisfaction to his management. Following a slow start in the league, the London club is not even sure to play in the Champions League next season.

Bayern’s competition on Werner growing? (Transfer Market Web)

It seems like the list of suitors for RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner is growing by the day. Now, we can add AS Roma to the list that already includes Bayern, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Liverpool, and Napoli.

Tracked hard by Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Liverpool, and Napoli, besides having basically being inquired about by all A-listers around, German international striker Timo Werner (23) has now been allegedly targeted by AS Roma, according to latest Italian rumors. RB Leipzig are planning to cash at least 65 million euros by trading him.

Messi’s free kick (@brfootball)

If you somehow missed FC Barcelona stomp Liverpool yesterday, you might have missed this brilliance by Lionel Messi.

Apparently Mats Hummels was equally as impressed as the rest of us.

Effenberg: James needs to leave Bayern (T-Online)

Former Bayern midfielder Stefan Effenberg thinks James Rodriguez needs to leave Bayern.

If he judges his personal situation at FC Bayern wisely, James must realize that leaving the club would be the right way for him. He has to play and have fun. He gets lost if he is only allowed to play 7, 10, 12 or 15 minutes. In the Bundesliga he has only played three games over 90 minutes this season. That is not his claim. He can’t stay with FC Bayern. Maybe he has to reorient himself completely. It will certainly be difficult for Real Madrid to find the right time to play.

Spurs jump to lead for Ziyech (Daily Star)

Bayern may have recused itself from the competition for Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech, but Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly close to making a €46.6m move for the talent.

The 26-year-old (Ziyech) has had by far his best season to date, scoring 20 goals in all competitions, and setting up as many. His superb figures are trumped only by ex-Southampton forward Dusan Tadic, who has somehow scored a whopping 34 times. And according to the Daily Mail, Tottenham have been so impressed they are ready to pull off a £40m move for Ziyech.

FC Bayern Frauen signs Swedish defender (FCBayern.com)

Swedish national player Amanda Ilestedt is making a move to the FC Bayern Frauen next season.
