Gunners have a number in mind for James (Don Balon)
Don Balol is back and better than ever! Per The Don, Bayern Munich’s James Rodriguez will not be headed back to Real Madrid on any type of longer-term arrangement, but Arsenal and Liverpool are willing to submit a bid for the 27-year-old Colombia international.
James Rodriguez is already preparing for his departure from Bayern Munich, as his assignment ends in June and has no intention of continuing in the Bundesliga for another year. Neither in Real Madrid, where Zidane does not count on him. Even though the Colombian’s dream was and is to triumph dressed in white, ‘Zizou’ has already told him that it does not fit into his plans and that the best he can do is look for a new destination.
And that’s what the playmaker is doing. If you do not want it at home, you will have to look for life outside. Specifically, in the Premier League, a competition that seduces him a lot, in which he has not yet played, and where Arsenal and Liverpool are willing to welcome him. Precisely in London is where they have hunted James, which has triggered the rumors about his arrival to the painting of Unai Emery , who has promised him a key role.
Allegedly, one of James’ requirements for a move is European competition, which both Liverpool and Arsenal should be able to provide. Real Madrid is reportedly going to ask for €65m for the Colombian star.
Familiar names may want James (Calciomercato)
As James’ agent Jorge Mendes prepares to meet with Bayern Munich, Juventus and Napoli are allegedly positioning themselves to make a bid on the 27-year-old.
Football superagent Jorge Mendes is reportedly set to meet Bayern Munich to discuss the situation of his client James Rodriguez. The Colombian is currently heading towards the end of the two-year-long loan spell at Bayern Munich. Rumors have suggested that he could be set to leave Real Madrid when the seasons ends on a permanent basis. Sport Bild state that Mendes will discuss James’ future with Bayern in a meeting very soon. Juventus and Napoli remain interested in the former Monaco man.
Boateng offered to Juve? (GianlucaDiMarzio.com)
Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio wrote that Juventus was offered Jerome Boateng, but has declined.
The two defender also monitored by Juventus are Roma’s Kostas Manolas and Benfica’s Ruben Dias, born in 1997. Another option very much liked by the Bianconeri is Raphael Varane, but it appears very difficult to pry the Frenchman away from Real Madrid. Another centre-back who was offered to the Italian club is Bayern Munich’s Jerome Boateng, however his profile doesn’t appeal that much to the Bianconeri’s directors, as they are not convinced by Barcelona’s Samuel Umtiti as well, due to the knee problems he has been suffering lately.
Bayern still eyeing Skriniar? (Transfer Market Web)
While Bayern might not be considered the leader in the clubhouse to sign Inter Milan’s Milan Skriniar, the Bavarians are still being listed among those interested in the 24-year-old defender.
Already tracked by Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, and both Manchester giants, Slovakian international centre-back Milan Skriniar (24) has reportedly been targeted by Atletico Madrid as well. Former Sampdoria man is meanwhile in new long-term long talks with Inter Milan.

Bayern eyeing Nigerian prospect (allnigeriansoccer.com)
Nigeria youth international and Chelsea prospect Adrian Akande has reportedly caught the eye of Bayern and RB Leipzig.
Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are considering a move for Golden Eaglets number ten at the ongoing U17 Africa Cup of Nations, Adrian Akande, allnigeriasoccer.com understands. It is confirmed that a representative of the German club is in Tanzania and his mission in East Africa is to closely monitor the winger ahead of a potential move for his services.
Born October 2003, Akande is eligible to join a club outside the United Kingdom as from January 2020. Bayern Munich would be disappointed that the highly-rated teenager was not handed game time in Nigeria’s first two fixtures against Tanzania and Angola, and Manu Garba is expected to field his strongest starting team tomorrow against Uganda, meaning the chances of Akande featuring are slim. Another German club RB Leipzig have also posted a scout to keep an eye on Akande at the U17 AFCON, while Villarreal and Lyon are the other teams hoping to pay special attention to him, if he plays against Uganda. The youngster plays for Chelsea U15 and U16 teams and frequently trains with the U18 side.
Neuer’s biggest fan? (tz)
Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer might be nursing a calf muscle, but he still is drawing the attention of some adoring fans, including Playboy playmate Anastasiya Avilova.
I think football player Manuel Neuer is really hot! He’s already giving me spring feelings. The 31-year-old probably won’t have any more left in the near future. Unfortunately he is already spoken for.
Spring feelings you say?
