PSG enters the fray for Timo Werner (Sports Mole)
As if squaring off with Liverpool in a transfer battle for RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner was not going to be a hard enough battle for Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain is looking to get in on the bidding.
Liverpool and Bayern Munich reportedly face fresh competition from Paris Saint-Germain for the signing of RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner. The Germany international has been repeatedly linked with moves to Anfield and the Allianz Arena over the past 12 months.
Werner is no closer to signing a contract extension with Leipzig and the Bundesliga side may be forced to cash in this summer, despite manager Ralf Rangnick’s best attempts to play down a sale. German outlet Kicker suggests that a three-team battle could ensue for the 22-year-old, as PSG like the look of the striker.
Werner, by the way, turned 23 years old today.

Bayern scoping Grujic? (Read Liverpool)
Bayern reportedly has eyes on Liverpool loanee Marko Grujic, who is putting in a solid season with Hertha Berlin.
Bayern Munich and Lazio are both eyeing up a move for Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic, according to the Mirror. The young Serb is enjoying an excellent season on loan at Hertha Berlin, with his performances growing increasingly impressive. He has been nominated for the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month award for February, having earned the same honour in December and January. It is still unclear whether or not Grujic will return to Liverpool this summer, with Hertha keen to keep him on loan for another season.
Alleged Bayern target dominates Los Blancos (@FootballOranje_)
Last week, we touched on the surprise interest of Bayern in Ajax forward Dusan Tadic. After yesterday’s 4-1 destruction of Real Madrid by the Dutch squad, the 30-year-old probably has a few more suitors.
Dusan Tadic joins an illustrious list of 9 players to be given a 10/10 by L'Equipe:

Schalke is prepping for a fire sale (@GERFootDaily)
It appears that the massive dumpster fire that has been burning all season in Gelsenkirchen is going to have some victims. SportBild (as captured by @GERFootDaily) is reporting that Schalke 04 is looking to sell as many as 11 players including Germany international Sebastian Rudy and Mark Uth, along with other well-known players like Breel Embolo, Salif Sane, and goalkeeper Ralf Fahrmann among others.
According to Sport Bild, #Schalke 04 want to sell 11 players. Among them are 5 of the last 7 summer transfers.
