We finally have a leaked pattern for Bayern Munich’s 2020/21 home jerseys! As published by Footy Headlines, designers at Adidas have opted for a “tonal halftone gradient design made up of small circles.” Basically, it’s red and it has a lot of dots.
This is only a first glimpse at what the pattern will look like, so there may be some more elements to the final design that we don’t know about. At the very least, we hope there’s no collars — collars are just the worst. The shade of red looks nice and dark, but that could just be the lighting. We don’t want the shade to be too light, because that would veer into Arsenal territory.

To be honest, it’s a bit of a step down from this year’s Allianz Arena diamond pattern, or the gorgeous zigzag patterns from last season — but it’s better than the Arsenal-esque monstrosities from 2016/17. Can’t we just get another solid-colored beauty like the 15/16 kits? A cheese-grater pattern isn’t exactly exciting.
We’ll post the full kit reveal when May rolls around.
