U19s hammer Karlsruher

Bayern Munich U19s received two quick goals from centerback Bright Arrey-Mbi and rolled over Karlsruher SC 4-1. Ryan Johansson and Joshua Zirzkee added goals of their own in the second half.

Arrey-Mbi scored headers from Oliver Batista-Meier’s corner kicks in the 3rd and 15th minutes. Johansson and Zirkzee added goals minutes apart in the second half to put the game completely out of reach. Karlsruher’s Luca Braun would pull one back late, but that would be all Karlsruher could muster.

Bayern XI: Schneller – Kehl (56. Hofmann), Daniliuc, Arrey-Mbi, Waidner – Tillman (73. Halbich), Booth (64. Lawrence), Herrmann (64. Timossi Andersson) - Batista-Meier, Zirkzee, Johansson

The U19s only have one more Bundesliga game on the docket before the head off for the international break. Next weekend, Bayern will stay in Bavaria with at rip to Augsburg. After that, the Bayern U19s will complete the group stage of the UEFA Youth League when Tottenham comes to Munich.

U17s edge Eintracht Frankfurt

Younes Aitamer put Miroslav Klose’s side up 1-0 in the 9th minute in this one, and Bayern managed to hold on for all three points. This result came despite the fact that Yusuf Kabadayi was sent off with two yellow cards in the first half.

Bayern XI: Schenk – Reinelt, Marusic, Janitzek – Brückner, Neziri – Aitamer, Musiala (80.+1 Vidovic), Wenig (41. Morrison), Motika (80. Fust) - Kabadayi

After 15 games in the B-Junioren Bundesliga Süd/Südwest, Bayern U17s sit third in the table behind Hoffenheim and Mainz; however, leaders Hoffenheim only top the table over Bayern by three points.

Bayern U17s have two more matches left before the winter break, both in Munich. Next weekend, they’ll host SV Wehen Wiesbaden, and on the following weekend, top of the table Hoffenheim comes knocking.

Frauen U17s fall to Eintracht Frankfurt
