It has been an interesting few days for Bayern Munich and the hits keep on coming as the sometimes controversial Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Mueller-Wohlfahrt spent time at Oktoberfest with one of his prized patients, Jamaican sprinting legend Usain Bolt.
Mueller-Wohlfahrt, who Bolt trusted to treat him regularly during his career, reconnected with the 33-year-old in Munich to celebrate Oktoberfest.

Per the Daily Mail, Bolt still credits Mueller-Wohlfahrt with helping him overcome back and hamstring issues that plagued the sprinter throughout his career:
Despite being based in Jamaica, Bolt had that much faith in the physical expert that he routinely flew to Germany to receive treatment on his various ailments. Mueller-Wohlfahrt is famous for using unconventional techniques to treat injuries, such as injecting calves’ blood, honey and extracts from crests of cockerels into his patients. Despite his bizarre methods of treatment, Bolt once said he was the only person he had worked with who had been able to keep his body in tip top shape and free of injury ahead of major championships.
Mueller-Wohlfahrt, of course, famously feuded with Pep Guardiola, but has since settled in once again with Bayern Munich.
