Bayern schedule set through Match Day 14

The DFB has released the date and time information for Match Days 7 though 14 as reported on FCBayern.com. Bayern Munich has some interesting placements on the schedule and should have some exciting matchups as the first half will really hit its stride.

The German record champions have been handed two “late” Saturday (12:30PM EST) slots against Borussia Mönchengladbach on October 6th and at Borussia Dortmund on November 10th. The remaining fixtures against Wolfsburg (October 20th), Mainz (October 27th), SC Freiburg (November 3rd), Fortuna Düsseldorf (November 24th), Werder Bremen (December 1st) and FC Nürnberg (December 8th) will all kick-off at 9:30AM EST on Saturday morning.

The 12:30PM EST games will be night matches in Germany, which should add intrigue, especially against Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassiker. Otherwise, Bayern will be looking to take care of business in a slate of winnable games. M’Gladbach, Werder Bremen, and the newly dangerous Wolfsburg squad should present unique challenges, but Die Roten will enter each contest as a favorite.
