Juan Bernat and Juventus again linked (Tuttosport)
The Old Lady is still interested in Juan Bernat, but the Spaniard is not the only fullback Juventus is looking at.
Waiting for the recovery of Leonardo Spinazzola, Juventus continues the search for a left-back for at least two reasons: taking precautions in view of the possible departure of Alex Sandro (on the Brazilian are PSG, Chelsea, Manchester City) or a change of program on Juan Cuadrado, which for the moment Allegri would like to use as a fullback. Valid reasons that justify the activism of Juventus executives on the fullbacks market. The hottest name remains that of Juan Bernat , with whom contacts with Bayern are continuous (contract expiring in 2019). Also on the list is the joker Matteo Darmian (there is also Inter) and the ex-romanist Lucas Digne , signaled out of Barcelona. From Scotland also rumors about Kieran Tierney of Celtic.
Jupp Heynckes honored at Bayern museum (FCBayern.com)
Jupp Heynckes is a legend and was honored with an exhibition at the Bayern museum.
Not even two months have passed since Jupp Heynckes retired after his fourth and final term at FC Bayern Munich. Now he is back - in a very special role: Together with Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, CEO of FC Bayern Munich AG, he opened the special exhibition “Jupp Heynckes - player, coach, man”. The joy of reunion with the old companions was just as great as the result of the exhibition, which Heynckes supported with numerous exhibits from his sporting and private life.
”It’s nice to be back for a little trip,” said Heynckes before the invited guests, including Uli Hoeneß, president of FC Bayern München eV, and his former coaching team Hermann Gerland and Peter Hermann. As usual modest and down to earth, the native of Rhineland was. That he received warm words and thanks from all sides, he accepted with a smile. Rummenigge emphasized: “We would like to bow to this exhibition in front of Jupp Heynckes, who is not only an outstanding coach, but above all the best friend of our club.” Together they remembered past times, the Heynckes and those responsible for FC Bayern as Athletes and people welded together.
