Most people may have expected these two teams to meet in the final rather than in the third-place match, but after Belgium’s golden generation fell to France, and the English lions were silenced by indefatigable Croatia, soccer fans have one more potentially scintillating match to enjoy before the World Cup concludes on Sunday.
