Germany vs Saudi Arabia: Gamethread

All your favorite Bayern Munich stars should be in action on Friday as Germany take on Saudi Arabia in a pre-World Cup friendly. The defending champions will likely use this game to build squad cohesion and sort out all the kinks before the group stages begin, which is pretty much the point of friendlies like these. Most importantly, it gives German captain Manuel Neuer more game time to get back his form before the tournament.

As the result of this friendly is completely meaningless, Joachim Loew’s side will hope that the Saudis can expose any weaknesses they might have in the team, so that they may be corrected before crunch time.
