Do your eyes roll every time you see a headline about Robert Lewandowski? Do you mumble expletives to yourself every time you read something about Pini Zahavi linking the Polish striker to another club? Are you even steering away from lovely Polish delicacies like pierogies, golabkis, and paczkis?

You, my friend, may be experiencing “Lewy Fatigue.” There is no known cure for this ailment, but it is a condition that only has an infection period of another two months. Please try to stay sane as you deal with your affliction.

The side effects of Lewy Fatigue will bring you to your knees.

Bayern playing a little hardball with Robert Lewandowski and Pini Zahavi (SportBild)

Well, if SportBild is to be believed, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Uli Hoeness won’t even take a phone call from Zahavi unless there are 200 million reasons to do so.

As of today, the bosses continue to play hardball, [and are] keeping silent on the subject. Talks with Zahavi are being denied outright. Word at the club is: the bosses won’t even pick up the phone for agent Zahavi for less than 200 million euros.

Even better, Lewandowski appears to be stuck yearning for the loving glance of Real Madrid.

It’s going to be a cruel summer (you can thank me later for having this song stick in your head all day!).

Juan Bernat on the radar of Schalke 04 (TZ)

According to a report by Tuttosport captured by TZ, the Royal Blues are kicking the tires on Juan Bernat to bolster their already strong roster:

Things have quieted down around Juan Bernat—although the Spaniard seems to be for-sale-candidate no. 1 at Bayern Munich. The 25-year-old allegedly is looking for a chance of scenery on account of his limited playing minutes; die Roten would not stand in his way. The Italian sport magazine Tuttosport is now bringing a league rival, Schalke 04 as an interested party into play. . . . Will Bernat thus continue to play in the Bundesliga, but in the future as a visotor at the Allianz Arena?

The 2018 Super Cup date is set! (FCBayern.com)

Bayern will not have to wait too long for a chance at revenge against Eintracht Frankfurt.

The DFL (Deutsche Fußball Liga) has confirmed the details for the 2018 Super Cup. The match between Bundesliga champions Bayern München and DFB Cup winners Eintracht Frankfurt will take place on Sunday 12 August at the Commerzbank-Arena in Frankfurt. Kick-off is at 20:30 CEST.

The game will surely be an important contest for Niko Kovac as he’ll be squaring off against his former squad.

Malcom to Inter Milan? (gianlucadimarzio.com)

Italian journalist Gianluca DiMarzio has a scoop on Bordeaux winger Malcom, who at one time was linked with Bayern Munich.

Malcom wants Inter. In fact, the Brazilian considers them to be played in Inter’s favor with their negotiations with Bordeaux. In the last few days, the player has also received from PSG, Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund, but his intention is to wear the Nerazzurro. It was a positive meeting last night, but it was not enough to close the deal. The French club is requesting 50 million euros, but it is only 40 million euros. The Nerazzurri are seeking a formula that would satisfy Bordeaux, but they have the “yes” from Malcom.

With so many suitors, it would appear that Bayern is finally out of the mix on Malcom.
