Bayern rumored to be checking out Florian Thauvin (RMC)
Marseille winger Florian Thauvin had a very successful season in Ligue 1 with 22 goals and 11 assists. That effort has him on the radar of several bigger clubs, including Bayern Munich.
Having played a very successful season wearing the jersey of Olympique de Marseille, Florian Thauvin being coveted by many European clubs. The international winger is being tracked by Bayern Munich, Atlético Madrid, and Tottenham.
Thauvin, however, appears to want to stick with Marseille rather than make a move.
According to information obtained by RMC Sport, three European clubs are interested in Florian Thauvin: Bayern Munich, Atlético Madrid, and Tottenham are locked onto his file. Nice paths that do not seem to have changed the wish of the former Bastiais player. The French international, who is going to open talks for an extension with Marseille, still wants to stay at Olympique de Marseille this summer.
Like most of us married men, Juan Bernat is considered a fallback option for the Old Lady (Tuttosport)

Juan Bernat is almost certainly on his way out of Munich, but a move to Juventus may only go down if other plans fall through.
The first reinforcement will be Matteo Darmian, leaving Manchester United. Negotiations with the English club have already started; now it’s just a matter of bonuses and details. The white smoke may arrive as soon as the end of this week or more probably the next. But in the past few days another option has heated up: Juan Bernat of Bayern Munich.
Bernat is in a spot where he absolutely needs to move on from Bayern in hopes of being a starter somewhere else. However, a move to Juventus to back up Darmian would likely not help advance the Spaniard’s career aspirations at all.
Mats Hummels appreciates Twitter humor (@matshummels)
Bayern has a lot of players who use social media effectively. While some view the interaction as an opportunity put forth their own brand, almost all have effectively used the medium to connect with the fans. One of the best of the lot is Mats Hummels.
Hummels is a naturally funny guy and will sometimes host open “Ask Me Anything” sessions. One of the reasons Hummels is so engaging is his willingness to laugh at himself and his teammates. Below, Twitter user @Thee_influencer put together a pretty funny meme using a Die Mannschaft training picture of Hummels.
When you grinding on a girl you thought was single in the club and you see the bouncer approaching.... pic.twitter.com/Khzu1OjWTo

As shown by the reaction below, Hummels truly appreciated the quality humor.

Julian Brandt stayed at Bayer Leverkusen because of comfort (Goal)

Bayer Leverkusen talent Julian Brandt, who is currently in camp with Die Mannschaft, gave thought to bolting Die Werkself last season, but ultimately was comfortable enough with the club to spurn other offers when he extended his deal in April.
There were a lot of clubs I could have walked to, I listened to a lot and really thought about it.
One of the clubs that allegedly had interest in Brandt was Bayern Munich. Leverkusen, which has a young, pacey, and fun core of players, offered Brandt the opportunity to grow at his own rate rather than under the media spotlight of a more prominent club.
At the moment I just feel totally comfortable in Leverkusen and with Heiko Herrlich. It’s a lot of fun to play with the boys and that’s why I decided to extend it again.
Badstuber to Manchester City? (Sport1)
Former Bayern man Holger Badstuber is seeking a change from VfB Stuttgart and might be looking toward Pep Guardiola for a landing spot.
It would be wrong to slam the door shut on Stuttgart . . . but now I have a real urge to play internationally.
Badstuber yearns to play in European competition, which Stuttgart just missed out on this season.
My goal is the Champions League.
As for looking toward Pep to provide a life line, Badstuber cited their previous experience together.
We have a good relationship, because we also understand each other.
