Bayern’s new kit has a new floating about (Footy Headlines)

Footy Headlines tweeted out the first look at a 2018-2019 Bayern Munich kit on the rack. All in all, it looks solid. I still think this season’s white kits are straight fire, but these are not bad either and will debut on May 12th against old friends Mario Gomez, Holger Badstuber, and the rest of VfB Stuttgart.

The first real picture of the new Bayern Munich 18-19 home kit has leaked, confirming our previous draft. It’s also the first time that we can see the brand-new Qatar Airways sleeve sponsor that debuts on the new Bayern 2019 jerseys. The Bayern München 2018-19 home kit introduces a clean design with a clear 1980s / 90s inspiration. Made by long-term Bayern jersey supplier Adidas, the new Bayern Munich 18-19 kit stands out with its dark blue shorts.

The Old Lady is going hard after Martial (Calcio Mercato)

Alleged Bayern target Anthony Martial is being heavily pursued by Juventus.

CalcioMercato can exclusively reveal that Juventus are in contact with Manchester United over a possible move for Anthony Martial. The 22-year-old Martial joined Manchester United in the summer of 2015 from French giants Monaco. While he did impress in his first season, recent times have turned out to be frustrating for the Frenchman. He has made only 17 starts this season, appearing 11 times from the bench. The last time Martial scored was against Stoke back in January. CalcioMercato can exclusively reveal that Martial’s entourage and Juventus have been in contact over the last few months and there have been frequent contacts between the two parties.

At what price you ask?

Juventus are likely to make a move for the Frenchman in the upcoming summer transfer window, with United not prepared to let him go for a fee less than 50 million euros.

RB Leipzig’s Ralph Hassenhuttl could succeed Niko Kovac at Eintracht Fankfurt; Slaven Bilic also a candidate (Sport 1)

In what may not represent a move up the ladder exactly, RB Leipzig manager Ralph Hasenhüttl has been linked to the soon-to-be vacant coaching position with Eintracht Frankfurt.

Eintracht sports director Fredi Bobic has met SPORT1 information twice with Leipzig coach Ralph Hasenhüttl. One of the meetings took place on the day after the Leipzig Olympique Marseille in the UEFA Europa League at Leipzig airport. Bobic commented on the rumors to journalists on Friday. Addressing the reporters, he added, “Then you have some fun.”

As per the grand tradition of coaches who are “in discussions for other jobs, but don’t want to interfere with the one they currently have”, Hasenhüttl went into “dismissive” mode.

The man in question, Ralph Hasenhüttl, expressed himself more clearly on Friday afternoon at the press conference. “We do not have to waste another second on such topics,” said the RB coach: “Two weeks ago, I was the new Bayern and Dortmund coach at the same time, and I find it questionable and impossible when new rumors are being spread.”

Hasenhüttl is not the only person currently linked to the Eagles, however.

According to SPORT1 information, Slaven Bilic is one of the candidates of the Hesse. The Croat was until last fall, coach of the English first division West Ham United.
