After rumors started swirling about the possible move at the end of the season, he was asked about it pitch side in Tuesday’s DFB-Pokal semi-final. Stuttgart's sports director Michael Reschke responds to rumours that the club are interested Sebastian Rudy: "No speculation. Basically, it's hard to get players from #FCBayern." [Kicker] pic.twitter.com/56cYTOyNOz— Home Bayern (@HomeBayern___) April 16, 2018
At times this season Rudy has been good for Bayern Munich, notching 2 assists in all competitions. However, with the team in great form while he has been on the bench, it’s hard to see him starting any time soon. Especially with the Bayern’s Champions League semifinal matches against giants Real Madrid still looming, and the final of the DFB-Pokal against surprise Eintracht Frankfurt, you would assume Jupp Heynckes would put similar lineups on the field that got Bayern where they are in each competition respectively.
Rudy’s contract with Bayern runs out in 2020.
