At times this season Rudy has been good for Bayern Munich, notching 2 assists in all competitions. However, with the team in great form while he has been on the bench, it’s hard to see him starting any time soon. Especially with the Bayern’s Champions League semifinal matches against giants Real Madrid still looming, and the final of the DFB-Pokal against surprise Eintracht Frankfurt, you would assume Jupp Heynckes would put similar lineups on the field that got Bayern where they are in each competition respectively.
Rudy’s contract with Bayern runs out in 2020.
