The UEFA Champions league is finally back! This time, it’s Besiktas who travel to Germany — in the hopes of postponing Bayern Munich’s European dream for a little while longer.

Besiktas are not to be underestimated. They topped their group, comprehensively beating RB Leipzig in both legs. While they may have lost Cenk Tosun to Everton, they are still a very strong team.

Jupp Heynckes will be ready to meet them. Bayern finally has almost all of its players fit and ready to start, with only Manuel Neuer unavailable for selection. Bayern fielded a completely rotated lineup against Wolfsburg in the league, ostensibly with a clear eye on this game. It’s now time to see whether that extra bit of freshness for key players will pay off. James Rodriguez, Thomas Muller, and Robert Lewandowski?

It’s Bayern time.

  1. If you’re a new member, feel free to introduce yourself. Don’t feel pressured or anything, we’re mostly very friendly. Also, we’re from all parts of the world so don’t feel shy if you’re from a country that doesn’t seem represented on the blog.
  2. Refresh the page regularly to keep up with the discussion. One refresh every 55-60 seconds is ideal but if that’s too much then just try for one every five minutes and after every goal.
  3. The goal celebrations are for everyone to participate in. Even if you’re lagging behind the others, keep replying to the most recent call of the player’s name. Even if you missed the first call, just start from the second, and so on.
