Today, we saw an unnerving performance from Bayern’s side, especially in defense. It's unsettling to see so many little errors leading to goals, even more so when you concede a late equalizer. Here are a few performances that stood out from today’s game!

Jersey swap: Dodi Lukebakio

He had his day today, scoring three times and always a dangerous presence for Sule and Boateng. When both defenders were focused enough, he had little room to play. However, he was excellent the three times they tuned out. Lukebakio had two 1-on-1 goals and executed them perfectly, and he scored one goal after a very confusing situation in Bayern’s box. He will surely remember this day for a long time. It doesen’t happen that often that someone scores a hattrick against Neuer.

Tip of the cap: Renato Sanches

He had a pretty good game today. It's a pleasure to watch him improve his game, and it was noticeable today that his finishing touch was better than his past few matches. He managed a 96.8% successful passing ratio, which was the highest among all Bayern players during the match, and also had three key passes. Overall, he played an important role in attack and in defense with a fewgood buildups. It's nice to see him grow right in front of our eyes.

Golf clap: Joshua Kimmich

He was his usual self today. Sure, he made a few defensive mistakes today, but who didn’t? It's always pleasing to watch him run and cross from the right flank, and he had few good crosses and was important for the attacking build up. Kimmich also had a good chance in front of Rensing when he tried to lob him, but unfortunately, that the effort didn’t have enough power. He managed to win two tackles and one interception and made two key passes. Overall, he showed a solid performance today.

Standing ovation: Leon Goretzka

When he is not injured, Goretzka looks better and better with each passing game. Today’s game was a true example of that. He was a consistent threat and was always important in build up play. He made a impression on defense today by always being ready to block a pass or steal a few balls, and he always tracked back to help out Javi Martinez. It was very nice to see the chemistry between him and Thomas Muller, especially when Muller roamed to the center areas and how Goretzka covered his position. Beautiful.

Meister of the match: Thomas Muller

Are we witnessing the return of our Raumdeuterer? It was probably his best performance since his match against Stuttgart. Both of his goals were gems! With the first goal, he showed some excellent ball control as he brought down Boateng's long ball and touched it past Rensing. The second goal was a beautifully hit shot with his left foot. All in all, it was a true pleasure to see him at his best, and we all hope that he can keep this performance up for the next period. I'm sure Bayern will need him to provide more of these kind of performances.
