Per a report by FCBayern.com, Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski returned to team training after being held out with a knee ailment yesterday.
There was also a small return for Robert Lewandowski, who once again took part in full team training on Wednesday after the Pole had missed the previous day’s session due to a knee complaint that restricted him to individual work in the performance center.
Meanwhile, Thiago Alcantara has progressed to running after being sidelined with torn ankle ligaments sustained last month.
Midfielder Thiago has completed laps around the training ground at Säbener Straße for the first time since his injury. The Spaniard tore ligaments in his right ankle in the DFB Cup victory over SV Rödinghausen on 30 October and has been out of action since. But the first circuits around the pitch on Wednesday are a good step towards his comeback.
