Meet the Südkurve Toronto Fan Group (Bavarian Football Works)
As part of a weekly series that we will keep running as long as we have submissions (so keep them coming!), we are doing a brief profile of Bayern Munich fan groups globally. This week our subject is Südkurve Toronto!
Südkurve Toronto meets at the International Sports Bar & Eatery (2480 Cawthra Road, Mississauga ON) for its festivities. The bar provides the group with an awesome private room and huge big screen TV. In addition, the International Sports Bar & Eatery allows Südkurve Toronto the keep the room permanently decorated with Bayern memorabilia (which is amazing!).

The club has a “good mix of ages and genders, with a lot of crossover support for Toronto Football Club and the Canadian National team.”
Fun fact: One of the members, Joshua Kloke (@joshuakloke), recently published a book on Toronto Football Club titled “Come on You Reds: The Story of Toronto FC.”
Another fun fact: Our own BFW community member RLD is a member of Südkurve Toronto.
So if you are in the area, be sure to check this fun group out. They absolutely offer a fantastic game day experience.

Cengiz Ünder reportedly has a price tag (Calciomercato)
AS Roma is allegedly willing to sell Turkish talent Cengiz Ünder for €50M:
The next transfer to record numbers at the Giallorossi home could therefore arrive in January with one of the most talented talents of the current rose and that in just one year has quadrupled its assessment. It is about Cengiz Ünder for which Rome has made a valuation of at least 50 million euros.
Bayern is among the clubs linked to the winger, but should face some stiff competition for his services on the open market.
Angelo Stiller and Malik Tillman extend deals with record champions (FCBayern.com)
U19 player Angelo Stiller and U17 captain Malik Tillman have extended their respective contracts with with Bayern through June 30, 2021.
Stiller, a central midfielder, has started 11 of 13 games this season for the U19 squad and has been with Bayern since 2010. Tillman came to Bayern in the summer of 2015 from SpVgg Greuther Fürth. The central midfielder has six appearances so far for the U17 squad.
Campus manager Jochen Sauer is happy to have the youngsters in Bavaria longer:
We are delighted that Angelo and Malik have chosen to take a common, future path with us.
Toni Kroos to PSG or Manchester United? Luka Modrić to Inter? (Calciomercato)
Real Madrid midfielder and German international Toni Kroos is being linked to a move next summer.
Real Madrid star Toni Kroos can leave Real Madrid in the summer. According to The Guardian, the Germany International is wanted by PSG and Manchester United with both clubs that can make an offer to the Merengues at the end of the season. Modrić is also tipped to leave the Santiago Bernabeu with Inter who are still linked with signing the Croatian at the end of the season. One between Modrić and Kroos can leave but it’s hard to think that Real Madrid will accept to sell them both.
Franck Ribery is putting in work (@franckribery7)
The Bayern veteran is working his way back to good health.
