Here are the latest tasty tidbits of news from around Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga, and the international market.
Arjen Robben not concerned about his contract (Kicker)
After a subdued performance against Leverkusen, Robben was asked about his situation at Bayern:
I have no interest in talking about it every week. For me the matter is quite simple. I’m relaxed. The club has to decide for itself if it wants to [offer an extension] or not. If they decide not to, then I’m free at the end of the season. And if I’m fit and in normal form, then I don’t have to worry. There are already a few options.
Sandro Wagner living the good life, even off the bench (Kicker)
Most people expected Sandro Wagner to start against Leverkusen, but Jupp Heynckes decided Wagner needed more time to integrate and played Thomas Müller as striker instead.
I also thought I’d start. That’s fine. I’m never mad, I’m a very positive person.
Playing for Bayern 3,785 days since his last appearance, Wagner said,
I’m home again. I’m back with the best club in Germany, one of the best clubs in the world. I play for the national team, I have a good life right now.

Looks like the Polizei just harshed the Schickeria’s mellow after Bayern beat Leverkusen.
Mario Gomez overwhelmed to be playing for Stuttgart again (Budnesliga.com)
It was not as long a break as Wagner’s, but 3,157 days since Gomez’s last appearance for Stuttgart is a very long time. “It was special,” Gomez said.
RB Leipzig's Naby Keita will not join Liverpool early (Kicker)
Ralf Rangnick personally put an end to the speculation about an early departure of the midfielder to Liverpool. Rangnick said it would only have been possible for “an exorbitant additional transfer fee.” No pay, no play.

Allegedly, “delegation” from the 20-year-old Brazilian was on its way to London to negotiate. So forget about him.
