Bayern Munich vs Liverpool live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch the Audi Cup online

Hey look, it’s Klopp!

After a somewhat disappointing International Champions Cup “campaign” in Asia, Bayern Munich returns to action in its hometown of Munich for the Audi Cup. A tournament familiar to the German champions, this time they find themselves pitted against English Premier League side Liverpool FC, managed by former Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp.

While this will be Carlo Ancelotti’s first time facing the high-octane German manager, several members of his squad will be familiar with Klopp’s frenetic style of play. The Bayern coach will have an almost full-strength squad to choose from, with Joshua Kimmich, Arturo Vidal, Niklas Sule and Sebastian Rudy returning from their holidays. However both Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery remain questionable, while Manuel Neuer and Juan Bernat are confirmed to be out of the game. On the other side of the tie, former Bayern youth player Emre Can could find himself facing off against his old club.

If Bayern wins the game, they will go through the finals of the tournament, with a chance to face either Atletico Madrid or Napoli. If not, they will still have to contest the third place spot - both games are scheduled for Thursday.

It’s (almost but not quite) Bayern time.
