You say it’s your birthday: Serge Gnabry

Serge Gnabry has had a great year so far. The young winger/center forward joined Bayern Munich this summer, making the switch from fellow Bundesliga participants Werder Bremen. It’s easy to see why. He had a tremendous first season in Germany, notching up 11 goals and 2 assists in 27 appearances.

While his current status may be up in the air - the latest news suggesting that the club is negotiating a loan deal with Hoffenheim - he is still one of us and as such we wish him a very happy 22nd birthday!

Gnabry is currently enjoying a well-earned rest after helping the German U-21 team to a European crown. A winner’s medal already in the bag, Bayern fans will hope that he has a bright future ahead of him.
