Serge Gnabry likely to be loaned out

The most talked about destination appears to be Hoffenheim.

According to SportBild, Bayern Munich's new signing, Serge Gnabry, appears to be going on loan this season rather than be relegated to Bayern's bench for this upcoming season. With the addition of James Rodriguez and the permanent signing of Kingsley Coman, minutes will be hard to come by for the 21 (soon to be 22) year old winger. Fresh off of a strong performance at the recent U-21 World Championships, in which his German team were champions, there should be no shortage of suitors for his services.

One of those suitors, and the likely destination, is Hoffenheim. Having secured an unlikely birth in the Champions League, they will be looking to bolster their lineup to build on the momentum they built after a very successful season. Since Bayern Munich recently purchased two of their best players in Niklas Sule and Sebastian Rudy, it would be a nice gesture for Bavarian giants to send them one of the brightest young winger talents in the country.

To be clear, nothing is for certain at this point, but Bayern Chairman Karl-Heinz Rumenigge also stoutly denied rumors of a potential James transfer not too long ago, so acknowledging that Gnabry would likely go on loan is a pretty clear signal that he will likely be playing this upcoming season in another team's colors.
