Sad times in Munich.

The day has finally come. On Saturday, Bayern Munich will say goodbye to the greatest fullback to ever play the game, Philipp Lahm. The club will also be saying goodbye to one of the best midfielders of his generation, Xabi Alonso. (ALSO! TOM STARKE!)

It’s hard to see a situation where Carlo Ancelotti doesn’t start the two legends in their final professional appearance against Freiburg at the Allianz Arena. Alonso will likely be subbed off the field early in the second half, while Lahm goes off just before the 90th minute for a long standing ovation.

And, honestly, it’s hard to see Ancelotti doing anything other than playing his best lineup. It’s just, quite frankly, what he does.

We asked three of our writers to predict what lineup Ancelotti will play against Freiburg.

Who do you think Carlo Ancelotti is going to start against Freiburg on Saturday?
