Bayern Munich equalize on Sergio Ramos own-goal

Equalizer comes just moments after Cristiano Ronaldo gave Madrid aggregate lead.

Just moments after Cristiano Ronaldo had given Real Madrid some breathing room with his 101st career Champions League goal, Bayern Munich equalized through a Sergio Ramos own-goal.

Although Ramos is the one who goes down on the scoresheet, some credit should go to Mats Hummels who put in a good ball over the top and to Thomas Muller who chested it down into a dangerous area. But Ramos did get the final touch, scrambling in attempt to keep the ball out of the path of Robert Lewandowski.

If this score holds, the Champions League quarterfinal will go to overtime.
