Following the destruction of Arsenal and the potential final nail in the coffin of Arsene Wenger’s career, Bayern Munich return to the Allianz Arena for another Bundesliga match this weekend. Eintracht Frankfurt visit Munich with eyes set on an upset. However, with only two more matches before the international break, Bayern have their eyes set on maintaining their big lead atop the league table.
Carlo Ancelotti has shown that he’s not too fond of a big rotation policy, and he likes to keep things in a rather tight group. It’s unlikely that Bayern will see any drastic changes from the side that played in London on Tuesday night.
The most expected changes are that both Thomas Müller and Philipp Lahm will return to the Bayern lineup. However, it’s very possible that the wingers and the midfielders see some rotation this weekend, as there’s a full week before the next match.
