Bayern Munich will host Eintracht Frankfurt at the Allianz Arena on Saturday in a match that should see a healthy number of goals. Now, if Bayern continues the form that they displayed midweek in London, the goals could all be scored by the Bavarians.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men have been on a roll lately. In their last seven matches, Bayern have outscored their opponents 27-3. This includes four clean sheets and three matches where they scored five or more goals. This team is rolling.
Rotation. Rotation. Rotation. Will Ancelotti rotate his players at any key positions on the field. The attacking midfield and center midfield are primed for a rotation, if Ancelotti’s ready to give some of the younger players a run out.
This match should also mark the return of Jerome Boateng to the field. Ancelotti said that he’s not ready to start the match, but Boateng is fit enough for a substitution appearance. It will be great to see him back on the field.
It’s Bayern time.
