Atletico Madrid vs. Bayern Munich, Champions League: Predicted Line-ups

Carlo Ancelotti has not made many bold squad decisions so far this season. Will that change against Atletico Madrid?

His team has not always been right, but Carlo Ancelotti is off to a very good start in his Bayern Munich coaching career. He rotated his team over the weekend after an English week in the Bundesliga, and now he seems to have his entire team at his disposal.

Well, maybe not his entire team. Bayern announced on their website that Holger Badstuber and Douglas Costa will not make the trip to Madrid. However, Mats Hummels did train on Monday after having to leave the game on Saturday against Hamburg with a knee injury.

The last time Bayern went to Madrid to play at the Vicente Calderon, Pep Guardiola made the bold squad decision of leaving Thomas Müller on the bench. Ancelotti has not made the same bold decisions this season, and he has even made his squad decisions known a day before a game.

What decisions will he make this time? The Bavarian Football Works team takes a stab at his starting line-up before Wednesday’s game.
