The Audit Summer Tour 2016 culminates on Wednesday evening at MetLife Stadium on the outskirts of New York City. In the final match of the International Champions Cup for either team, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid will step on the field to end their friendly games.

The game is somewhat of a “revenge” match for Carlo Ancelotti, in the way that friendly matches can really mean something. You’ll remember that one year after Ancelotti won La Decima, he was unceremoniously dumped by Madrid and replaced with Rafa Benitez.

As for “what to watch for” on the actual field, the big questions are how close are Bayern to being at full fitness with the DFL Supercup against Borussia Dortmund coming up in less than two weeks time.

The Euro 2016 stars are still out, so it’s another opportunity for players like Julian Green to show Ancelotti and his staff that they’re for real and ready to contribute this season.

Bayern Munich players not available: Manuel Neuer, Mats Hummels, Robert Lewandowski, Arjen Robben, Douglas Costa, Jerome Boateng, Thomas Müller, Kingsley Coman, Joshua Kimmich, Renato Sanches
