The second day of full Euro 2016 action brings us our biggest Bayern Munich contingent. Seven Bayern players could see action on Sunday as Turkey takes on Croatia, Poland faces Northern Ireland, and Germany look to beat Ukraine.

Turkey vs. Croatia

The day’s opening match comes from Group D with Turkey and Croatia facing off in Paris. You’ll recognize many players in both times. Turkey boasts talents like Nuri Sahin, Yunus Malli, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Arda Turan. Croatia will throw out Ivan Perisic, Ivan Rakitic, Luka Modric, and former Bayern player Mario Mandzukic.

Poland vs. Northern Ireland

Robert Lewandowski will look grab a couple of goals in Poland’s opening round match against Northern Ireland. Poland will be expecting to go through to the knockout rounds, and they will need goals from Lewandowski to accomplish this. If the Bayern man is in form, Poland could put together a nice run.

Germany vs. Ukraine

Tournament favorite Germany start their Euro 2016 campaign with a match against Ukraine in Lille on Sunday. There are two big questions facing manager Jogi Löw before Sunday’s kickoff.

First, if Mats Hummels isn’t ready to go, what do you do? He could slide Benedikt Höwedes into center back and start young Joshua Kimmich at right back. He could also leave Höwedes at right back and start Shkodran Mustafi at center back.

The other question is who will start “up top”. Does Jogi prefer Mario Götze or Mario Gomez? What about both? What about neither? Everyone knows that Thomas Müller is going to score a boatload of goals in the tournament, but the player up top that opens that inch of space Müller needs to do his thing is still up in the air.
