The game certainly wasn't without controversy.

Chile needed a win against Bolivia to solidify their chances of getting out of the Copa America Centenario group. Following their opening round loss to Argentina, they were certain that they could take six points from Bolivia and Panama. Though, I'm sure they thought Bolivia would be an easier out than they actually were.

So, who do you turn to when you need a hero to rise up and carry your team over the finish line? You turn to King Arturo Vidal. The Bayern Munich man threw his country on his back and led the way.

Following Vidal's goal, Bolivia needed something to get them back into the game, and they certainly received it. Jhasmani Campos scored one of the greatest free kicks that you'll see to level the score and give Bolivia hope of advancing out of the group.

However, in the eight minute of the allotted stoppage time, disaster struck for Bolivia. A questionable handball decision awarded Chile a penalty. Vidal stepped up to take the spot kick, and he scored to rapturous applause from the Chilean supporters.

Chile still need a result in their final group stage match against Panama to advance to the knockout rounds. However, with the suspensions due to cards hitting Panama, Chile should easily find their way out of the group stage.
