Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have put together two of the best seasons in the history of the Bundesliga, but the title race between the two clubs can officially come to an end on Saturday. With a five point lead and two games to play, Bayern can mathematically end the chase with a full three points over Ingolstadt at the Audi-Sportpark.
The dynamics of the match are certainly interesting. Ingolstadt, in their first season in the top flight, have already secured their spot in the Bundesliga for next season, so they don't have anything to play for except pride at this point. For Bayern, they'll have to hold off any lingering disappointment from Tuesday's Champions League exit with a Bundesliga trophy in their sights.
Bayern have already put together the third best season in the history of the Bundesliga. Now, they can do what has never been done before: Win a fourth consecutive Bundesliga title.
Once the lineups are released, this thread will be updated.
