The world's best striker and goalkeeper have been named to the UEFA Champions League Squad of the Season. Robert Lewandowski and Manuel Neuer are the only two Bayern Munich players named to the annual list which is, as usual, dominated by La Liga.

Finalists Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid had representation from six players, while Barcelona had three and Paris Saint-Germain had one.

European champions Real had Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, Sergio Ramos and Marcelo make the squad. Runners up Atleti saw Jan Oblak, Diego Godin, Juanfran, Gabi, Koke and Antoine Griezmann make the team.
