Can FC Nürnberg return to the Bundesliga and join SC Freiburg and RB Leipzig in winning promotion to the German top flight? Or, will Eintracht Frankfurt figure out a way to remain in the first division under coach Niko Kovac and force Nürnberg to try again next season?
The first leg in Frankfurt ended in a 1-1 draw. Nünberg's goal came on a blunder own goal from Frankfurt's Marco Russ. It wasn't until midway through the second half that Frankfurt finally struck behind young Serbian winger Mijat Gaćinović. A 1-1 draw heading to Nürnberg gives the host a distinct advantage. Frankfurt must score now to stay in the tie.
Enjoy the match.
