Spain coach Vicente del Bosque has included Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara in his 25-man provisional squad for Euro 2016.
Although the players are due to meet up on Monday, May 23, del Bosque will be without Thiago during the buildup as he will be featuring in the finals of the DFB-Pokal against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
Vicente del Bosque has until May 31 in order to cut his final roster down to 23 players. Spain have three warm-up friendlies before the tournament. They will play Bosnia and Herzegovina on May 29 in St. Gallen, Switzerland, South Korea on June 1 in Salzburg, Austria, and Georgia on June 7 in Getafe, Spain.
