Reports earlier today indicated that Bayern winger Arjen Robben has picked up a muscle injury and would be out for the rest of the season. However, Bayern's press chief Markus Hörwick came out publicly to deny the claims that the Dutch veteran is out for the season and believes he'll feature again this term.
"The reports that Arjen is out for the season are false. "We should assume he will play again this season," Horwick said
The Bavarians can clinch a record fourth consecutive Bundesliga title with a win over Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday, while they face Atlético Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League semifinal at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday.
Arjen Robben is targeting a return for the DFB Pokal final against Borussia Dortmund on May 21. Robben continues to work on his recovery after suffering an adductor injury last month and hasn't featured for Bayern since their 0-0 draw with Borussia Dortmund on March 5.
