The Bundesliga is back and better than ever when it returns to the Allianz Arena on Saturday for Bayern Munich's big match against Eintracht Frankfurt. Bayern will be looking to maintain their five point lead in the Bundesliga, and the three points will put pressure on Borussia Dortmund who play the late game.
Frankfurt and coach Niko Kovac are in desperate need of a victory as they sit in the relegation zone. Next weekend, they have a "relegation six pointer" against Hoffenheim The two clubs are tied on points in the table.
The big question in the match is whether or not Mario Götze finds his way to the field. Pep Guardiola has only played him in one match since his return from injury, but Götze had a good performance during the international break.
Midweek, Bayern will host Benfica in the UEFA Champions League. Following their Round of 16 win over Juventus, Bayern will be enjoying their matchup against the Portuguese club, having avoided clubs like Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
Once the lineups are released, this thread will be updated.
