Medhi Benatia injured again, linked with Juventus transfer. Is he done at Bayern Munich?

This is ridiculous.

If you asked any Bayern Munich fan ahead of the international break, they would've told you that someone was bound to return with an injury. The players wanted to make sure that nobody was disappointed and were determined to have someone come back injured. That player is, as per usual, Medhi Benatia.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation confirmed Benatia's injury on Friday. Benatia injured his right thigh and will definitely miss Saturday's African Nations Cup Qualifying against Cape Verde. Beyond that, the Moroccan federation are not committing to an amount of time to be missed.

On Thursday, Bild speculated that Benatia's awful performance against Juventus may have been his last in a Bayern jersey. The reasoning is sound, too. Javi Martinez has returned to full training and should be back on the field after the international break. Jerome Boateng is on the way back and should be on the field in mid-April. Beyond that, has Benatia outperformed David Alaba or Joshua Kimmich at centerback? The answer to that is a loud and clear "No!"

Speculation about Benatia's future in Munich has been rampant all season long, and now Calcio Mercato is throwing a report out there about Juventus's interest in bringing Benatia back to Italy. According to CM, Benatia would join Juventus this summer on a season long loan for €2 million. Then, at the end of the season, they would buy him for €22 million.

At this point, would you turn down that transfer?
