Bayern Munich have only won once in their last four games and will be hoping to turn that record around when they take the field on Saturday at the Allianz Arena. Werder Bremen come to Munich for the 100th meeting between the two clubs, and it's really not shaping up to be a classic encounter.
Both clubs are likely looking ahead to future fixtures with Bayern's Champions League life on the line midweek and Werder in the midst of a relegation fight. It also doesn't help things that former Bayern man, Peruvian hair model, and goal-scoring extraordinaire Claudio Pizarro is unable to take part in the game due to an injury.
Bayern will be targeting an easy-yet-impressive three points in the match in the buildup to Tuesday's Champions League match against Juventus. The Italians played on Friday and picked up a win ahead of the encounter.
Once the lineups are released, this thread will be updated.
